If i didn't know it was used , i would not have known. This skinny model is not as bulky as the early ps3s and is super quiet. If you are buying for one of your children this is a much better economic decision than the ps4. More games are available on a discounted basis.

Are there any internal/external problems with this PS3 or the power cord, HDMI cable, AV cables, or PS3 controllers??
This skinny version does have a different power cord than the early ps3 consoles.

Are the PS3 backwards compatible?
All is good with ps3 games. Dont download or buy any ps1 classic games, they are no good. . Ps2 was good, for a downloaded version of Grand Theft San Andreas Dont know about other ps2 games..
