Stayed with a Sony hoping it would play nice with my other Sony equipment. Fairly easy to setup, but there are few options to control the sound. My previous 20 year old receiver had the ability to control the volume to individual speakers and my powered sub woofer. This one does not. The different sound modes are limited. None are really to my liking. I would not recommend this receiver.
