Arrived With Broken Hinges

It is unbelievable that you can pay $10,000 for a Viking fridge at Best Buy's and it arrives with broken hinges and neither Viking or Best Buy's will take ownership. Now Viking has come in and told us that this may take another 7 to 10 days to fix and that I may have to pay for part of the cost!!! A fridge that has been purchased and installed by Best Buy's and never used!

Our professional installers will disconnect your existing appliance from electrical outlet and new refrigerator will be plugged into existing 110V outlet and leveled. Tested for basic operation.
