Site Survey okay for most appliances

The site survey was fine for all but my cooktop. However, it may have been difficult to determine proper fit without having the actual cooktop there since a downdraft vent also had to be installed. The site survey indicated that my granite countertop needed to be cut but it turned out that there wasn't enough room for the cooktop and vent even after cutting the granite because of the depth of the cabinets underneath. I recommend a site survey with this exception. I felt that the individuals who did the site survey seemed rushed.

I can't believe how quiet this dishwasher is! The only thing I could hear was the water draining at the end of the cycle. The unit looks great and the handle is well configured so that I won't catch anything on it walking past it. Also, the controls are hidden. I like the fact that it has a floor protect/alert system to prevent water damage in the event of a leak in the future.

Exceptional Installation of Downdraft Vent

Cris from Quality Kitchens did an exceptional job of installing my new downdraft vent. The blower was configured differently than the previous one. Cris situated it perfectly and even covered the old hole in the bottom of the cabinet that was partly exposed from the previous configuration. He went above and beyond to ensure that the area was neat and clean. He also ensured that it worked properly after the install. He was respectful of my property and used a mat to cover my wood floors to protect them. Cris is professional, knowledgeable, friendly and a credit to his company. I would request him for future installs.
