I walked into the store knowing approximately what I wanted but not knowing if Best Buy could provide a laptop with the specs I needed for the price I was willing to pay. It was my lucky day, as the department manager was on duty, was available, and was knowledgeable. I needed a laptop that was 3 pounds or less, had at least 4 GB of RAM, an SD slot, 2 USB ports, and was $400 or less. He immediately showed me the little HP Pavillion that I bought. I wasn't expecting a 2-in-1 at that price but it was a nice bonus to have it convert to a tablet. The track pad is a bit over-sensitive and finicky, so I prefer to use a mouse instead. Other than that the Pavilion was perfect for my trip, slipped nicely into the side pocket of my carry on, and surprised me with 7+ hours of battery life on my flight.
