Great to get the the extra covergae

It was awesome having the extra coverage on my sound bar. The wireless speaker didn't wok out of the box. And I was able to walk in and switch it out in about 5 minutes. what a great service. will definitely be using for other big purchases.

Although this R1 PLUS includes a case, many have complained that they have not received it inside product box. Since I do not find any custom case, I would like to know if the Case offered by BLU, according to photos of the product, is included or not??
