Well a range is a range. It heats things and this one does it well. The current trends is to have grates from one end to another. Problem is where do you place a spoon rest? The removable griddle in the center does the trick. If you want a griddle, buy an electric one, they are larger and temp controlled as well as cheap ($30-40).
It is handy having a 5th burner if needed. Burners are sealed and light quickly. You can hear them. Not a problem for me.
The convection oven is a real plus. Most other models I have seen loose oven space because of the fan inside but it is not as bad in this model. When using convection the kitchen will get warm because of the oven vent and the fan moving the air. All convection ovens are the same.
A check of the temperature shows it to be accurate but if it isn't you can adjust.
Since convection baking takes a lower temperature and shorter time you can turn on conversion so if you enter 350 1 hour it will be changed to 325 45 minutes. This is off till you turn it on.
Convection roast has no conversion.
There is no dial for the temperature setting, everything is done with a key pad. Easy to get use to.
The one negative is the black enamel around the burners does show dirt and missed sprinkles of spices. This drives my wife nuts but if you want stainless then live with it. Anyone who owns a black car can relate.
Big front window, light inside turns on when door is opened or by the key pad.
For the price, it does what it was made to do. Looks good too.

Designed to fit in compact spaces, this LG refrigerator has enough room for all your groceries, even though it measures under 66 height and 33 width. With features like LED lighting, a door alarm, and more, this fridge makes a classic addition to any kitchen.

Although this refrigerator has some minor negatives the positives makes it a great unit. Sure I read all the complaints but none are significant. The fixed shelves is not really a problem since the chosen layout is livable. With all the refrigerators with movable shelves I have owned, I never moved them once set. We adjusted quickly. The LED lights, especially in the freezer could be brighter but we never open the freezer in a completely dark kitchen. So not that much of a problem.
It makes ice quickly and if you use a glass with a normal opening, all cubes wind up in the glass.
Filter is easy to change.
This refrigerator employs a new LINEAR COMPRESSOR. Excellent new technology, and it is whisper quiet, cools fast and I mean FAST.
VERY ENERGY efficient!
Price was right, size is perfect for small kitchen, attractive design. Wife was disappointed that her magnets no longer stick. I was delighted. Just hate the pictures, stupid magnets and her honey-do-lists!
Magnets do stick to top and sides so I am not 100% free of this blight completely but I'll get by.
Again the new Linear Compressor is impressive and has a 10 year warrantee. The buttons are fine for ice-cubes/crushed/water.

Are the ice and water unsanitary without use of the water filter?
My replacement water filter light is on. I have not yet replaced the filter. Is the water safe to use? Is a filter really necessary if one has healthy water from the faucet? I have an LG side by side. Thanks!
I do not claim to be an expert. I don't think you need to change immediately, you could go for another month or 2 but all water has bacteria and Alger in it and a build up in the filter may cause a colony to develop. This could actually make the water more unhealthy.

fridge temperature
Does this fridge temp stay at 32 degrees? live in the desert and like cold drinks:)
Temp is good, freezer is 0-5 degrees, refrig 34-38 for me, I don't like my milk frozen. I have both freezer and frig set right in the middle. I can set them colder.
This is adjustable. Linear Compressor is quiet and efficient.
