First GoPro product that doesn't work

So I read some of the reviews before purchasing this. First of all, the actual resolution of video you can use this with is LIMITED, it doesn't say so on the description, the only place where it say so is on the GoPro website itself, in fine prints.
Second my unit was dead on arrival, much like a lot of the other reviewers here, it connects and ask for permission but doesn't actually do anything. This is certainly a quality control issue. I would not recommend this product at all, first you have to be lucky to get a working unit, some reviewer here is on their 5th to get it to work. Second if you shoot anything over 1080p this won't work, so forget it. Also the toggle itself won't work if you have a case over any of your apple product, the connector is very WIDE and very short.

This is large enough size for most DSLR, if you are not shooting raw, the size of this should be enough to shot at least a few hundred photos. I have used it to shot some videos with dslr too, and the speed seems to keep up.

the case itself is solid and good. Downside is the cover itself takes some skills to take off. Would be better if the cover is slightly improved, the stand also work, it might tilt a little too forward in the up position but still pretty solid and good.

the top part that you connect to the loop on the camera is very large, doesn't fit some loops on certain camera, i had to cut away some parts on the strap to fit it through the hole. Also the grip is not too good for a camera that is not large, it really needs to be larger to be comfortable, a mirrorless is definitely out of question, it doesn't fit too well on any smaller DSLR

i got this pair when it is heavily discounted, as a gift to a person who loves it solely because of the name brand recognition. Asked for it specifically. For a pair of headphone it is okay, for the price however, it is not. Sound quality is not that great, could easily get any other pair with similar quality for half the price without the name brand.

Having trouble fitting them to my ears.
Can't figure out what size ear holders to use. When I bend down the sound changes. Not sure if I should keep them. They also fall out of my ears easy.
