This TV replaced a Samsung 4K TV that was 2 years old. This QLED is amazing. Best Buy came and installed the TV per my appointment, they were on time. The install took 2 people about 45 minutes start to finish. The installers were very knowledgeable, knew what they were doing and friendly as well. Took the time to show us how to use the remote and assisted us in checking settings on the TV so that we could start off with settings we like not the factory.
Was very surprised with the weight and thinness of the TV, very light and thin, one person can easily pick it up and move it, installed with the rest of our gear was quick and easy.
The picture is actually much better than the 4K we previously had which surprised me a little as I really did not expect that. The colors are amazing, the contrast are unmistakable, especially with sports channels. The picture is crisp, colors are brilliant. There are a lot of settings to understand and get use to which for us will take some time. The remote is very different than what we are used to so that will some getting used to but overall we are extremely pleased with our purchase and it is definitely worth upgrading from what we had previously. We would highly recommend this TV, it is worth the extra cost, no doubt about it.

These earbuds fit well in the ear. They have worked as advertised and I am still learning to how to best use them. The set up took a little time but have worked very well thus far. The battery is the only area that I would hope would be better, however they say they will last 2 hours and that is the most they have lasted thus far. Good sound, works well with my music and answering the phone. I would recommend the product.
