A good album by the Doors.

Waiting For The Sun by The Doors is not my favorite album by The Doors, but there a lot of good songs on it. I had recently looked for my copy of this CD, and it was nowhere to be found. I lucked out, when I found it at Best Buy for a great price. Once again the Doors have great music, lyrics and vocals by Jim Morrison. It may not be my favorite album by them, but it has a lot of good songs on it.

The Doors have some great songs. This album is a hybrid of greatest hits and good album tracks. This was originally a two record set when released on vinyl, so you are getting plenty of Doors music. The music is great, Jim Morrison's vocals are great along with the lyrics. I've been waiting for a long time for this to come out on CD, and it's finally here. It just seems the combination of songs make a great album.

I've liked most of Weird Al's music, but I was disappointed in this album. He does good paradies of songs, But I did not really enjoy them that much on this album. The problem is probably me. I've lost touch with the latest popular music, and if the songs Al records are paradies of current songs, what is the point. I did like his originals, so it was not a total loss.

What's not so great: Not as good as prior albums.

Creedence Clearwater Revival had some of the best music of the late 60s and early 70s. This two CD set covers about everything that is good about the group. It has all their hits, and a lot of their best album tracks. John Forgerty's originals and his cover versions are the best. Many songs on a two CD set for a good price. Good deal and good music..
