It's a joke, it's just a money maker, they charge for everything unless it is the TV you bought, everything else has to be brought back to the store for repair or replacement, no matter how many times you bring it back and it will not work. They wanted $150.00 to come to my home to calibrate my Samsung sound bar that the associate said would work with my Samsung TV. Why would a brand new Samsung product have to be calibrated to work with another Samsung product, a Smart TV at that.

On July 6, 2016 when I bought 4 Samsung products at Best Buy, the associate assured me that by buying all Samsung products that they would work well together and I would have no problems with them, as they are made to compliment each other. Well I found out differently. When I set everything up at home I found that the TV and sound bar were off. The lips of the people talking on the TV did not match the sound coming out of the sound bar. When I switched back to the TV sound only and turned off the sound bar, the lip sync was perfect. Also with the sound bar, when I changed channels the sound would have to be changed up or down the level I could hear it. Also when a commercial comes on, the sound goes down low where you have to strain to hear it. I spoke to several people at Best Buy and they referred me to the Geek Squad. They said that I could either bring in the sound bar and exchange it for another one, which I did, but had the same problem with the second one. Again I spoke with the Geek Squad and they told me they could come to the house and calibrate the sound bar so that it would be in sync with the TV, but would cost me $150.00. Lets see if this gets a reaction from anyone that has a say at Best Buy as I have not gotten a response on the other survey I did on the Geek Squad.
