I really like the Fitbit, but...

This is my 5th fitbit. Lost two and two died. I really like tracking my activity but you have to watch out as this tracker is causing the dreaded Fitbit rash. Rather nasty. Google Fitbit rash to see pictures. I can not wear it to sleep any more as I need to take it off so I can let my wrist heal.

Not so happy with the Charge HR

I bought the Charge HR after losing my second Flex because the HR has a band that fastens like a watch band. This Fitbit is not waterproof so you have to remember to take it off before showering. My HR developed trouble syncing with my desktop after about a week and after two would not sync at all and showed the wrong date and time. After extensive research and trying all of the solutions on the Fitbit forums I called support. The tech had me repeat all of the solutions on the forum unsuccessfully and then told me he would expidite my case to someone higher up and that I should wait for an e-mail. Over two weeks later and no response. I called back and asked for a supervisor. Later that day they got back to me by e-mail with instructions on how to reset my HR to factory specs. Two weeks now and it is syncing fine.

Great for gaming and for music.

I use these for gaming and for music. They give very good quality sound reproduction. The cord has a nylon casing which rubs on your clothing with sound that is a bit annoying though. My wife tripped over the cord and damaged the usb connection and I went right out and bought the same pair again.
