What would make the sweeper hard to push ?

I have had it about 6 months and just loved it and then all of a sudden it got
Really hard to push
Please help
Check the brush on the bottom and see if it has anything tangled around it. If, cut it out. You may also want to see if there is a belt that you can replace for the bottom brush.
