Doubled them up for a center channel speaker

At first I bought two of these two double them up (side by side) and use them as a center channel speaker for my new Denon surround sound receiver. I liked them enough and the price was so great I bought 2 more to use for my rear channel speakers.

The back of this receiver made everything very easy to set up ! I also loved the fact that the receiver adjusts itself (with it's little microphone) in equalizing all 5 speakers, especially since I have purchased newer center chanel & rear speakers since initial set up. It's also neat how it operates when you turn it on....adjusting itself for Blue Ray;Satellite receiver or Roku. I needed something REAL SIMPLE as I am feeling older and have a harder time figuring this stuff out. ( Hmmm, could I really be getting OLD )?

Seemed to charge my Samsung Note 2 phone quickly,

I have only used this unit once but it seemed to charge my phone quickly can still have enough power 4 possibly 2 more charges. I just recharged the unit and put it in my car for an emergency. It is a bit heavy but that makes no difference to me as I want the unit that is strong and will last a while. I was not looking for a charger the size of a pack of gum. I think I will be happy with it In my camera bag when I travel.

How do i get the speaker to stop skipping/breaking up? My phone will be right beside the speaker and it’ll still break up when playing music.
It could be the age of your phone. I had the same problem with my previous phone...tried everything I could think of. Then I realized that changes had been made to Bluetooth technology. With my newer phone ( now a year old ) the problem has gone away. Phone is currently the S 7 Edge.

I want to transfer large files to my PC that has USB 2.0 only. At which speed will the files transfer (2.0 or 3.0). The 2.0 port has a maximum speed capability so I don't understand how I could benefit from this upgrade.

I do not feel that you need a screen protector. The top and bottom edges on this case hold the phone above the screen. Also, with the gorilla glass I don't know why you would need one. I have never been satisfied with any screen protector.

Does this receiver have an am/fm radio? Also, I have four Kipswilch speakers and a subwoofer, can I listen to music as well as use for surround sound?
You can. This receiver has different setting that will either have you listen to the material as it was recorded or let you switch it to "stereoSurround", but still coming out of all the speakers....Lot's of choices with this receiver!

What are the best (inexpensive) speakers to use for this receiver? Will I need to purchase speaker wires or are they included?
I will be using HDMI cables to connect my Playstation and TV. I have a 6 year old Samsung Home theater which I only use for the surround sound. The DVD player does not work anymore so I just use the Playstation to play Bluray's/ DVD's. I would like a receiver to connect all of my devices but was not sure if I can use the same Samsung speakers that I have or should I purchase new ones. Also, looking at the picture of the speaker connections, I do not see a spot for a subwoofer. Do I need a subwoofer?
You don't need a sub woofer, but you definitely should get one ! ( especially if you watch movies) .The other speakers can just be good bookshelf speakers that you like.

Digital tuning ?
I would think that all newer receivers these days have digital tuning ,,, but I just wanted to be sure
Definitely. It scans for local (strongest ) stations by itself.
