The 1 issue is the windshield mount. The screw-type compressor to get suction is rather difficult to use & get a good solid mount. It took me several tries to get mine to adhere before getting it to stay. It kept falling loose after a few minutes. Once it lasted about 15. Now it is staying solidly, but the lever action mounts hold just as securely & do so from the very first try.

The half DIN pocket makes for a good place to put stuff allow it is really too deep because when stuff falls back in there it is so thick so it is very hard to get your fingers in there to get stuff out or you'll need a pencil or something to reach in there & fish stuff out. Go ahead & buy the properly sized stereo not one that needs this to git.

Does the camera automatically start recording when you start the car engine?
Yes, if you have it plugged it. My lighters are on 24/7, so I have to plug it in.unplug it every time. If your cigarette lighter has no power to it when the key is off, then it will turn off automatically.

Can you plug a thumbdrive into the usb port to PLAY music from the thumbdrive?
/yes. I barely even use it any other way.

is display always dark even in daylight?
ok, I hear there is not a light button for the display, but it is always, totally dark, have to squint to read it during the daylight????? Very annoying. Might have to return an otherwise good machine just for this.
Sorta. During the day or with the room light on at night it can be read (i hve mine at eye level on top of a bookshelf, not low). That is my biggest complaint. At night it is impossible to read without turning the room lights on or using my small flashlight.

I've used Skype once to a friend in Hawaii. My first time using Skype & it seemed to do good. As for gaming? No clue there...I don't play games. But I can tell you about......Sometimes a video error occurs whenever I go to youtube or any video plays. error code:0xa0000001 Yippee.....Brand new computer with programming error. Toshiba really dropped the ball the day this one was made!

Information about the Graphics Card?
I need a little bit of information about the AMD Radeon R5 graphics in this computer. I am very interested in purchasing this computer if I know a little bit more about the graphics that are included with this computer. For future readers since this question is old.....The top, bottom & sides are all rounded but the back panel is attached flat to the top, bottom & sides creating squared 90 degrees mating surfaces.
