About as well-designed a car charger as can be. I do wish the main body were a bit shorter and smaller overall, because the dinky discount one I used to use was just so minimalist as nearly to disappear. However, this one is clearly well-built and will last forever. The USB-C charging cable is similarly durably made and the 4-foot length is about the ideal car cable length given the necessity of having any cable at all. It charges so much more rapidly than my old discount charger, which is not only just "nice" but on occasion downright critical when the phone is low and / or time is not really available to charge between major tasks. The extra USB-A port comes in handy whenever my GF is with me and brings her lightning cable for her expensive Apple brick. I'm sure many others will have many regular uses for it, and for those who don't and are obsessive enough to worry about the yawning gap in the charger, it's so invisible on this slick black body that you'll forget all about it until you need it and get to benefit from it.

Radiohead does it again.
Compared to everything else out there, Thom Yorke and Co. produce something of incredible harmonic nuance, sensuousness, progression, and meaning. Not a collection of songs where you skip around to find your favorite track, maybe two, instead the album as a whole is a continuous saga of elevated complexity and beauty that builds and winds, ducks and swerves, following its own logical journey through crafted fields and valleys. None of the songs here are quite as catchy and memorable as the best on In Rainbows, but none of them ever stoop to the plodding and sleepiness of the least successful songs on that album, making A Moon Shaped Pool a stunning achievement overall. (And, for further comparison, this is much more in the vein of the extended acoustic-instrument progressions found on In Rainbows than it is of the bleepier experimentalism of other albums - and definitely not the primitive grunge Radiohead only ever did in their early music.)

You probably already got and used a cleaning cartridge when you bought your Braun shaver. In case you've tried, like I have, to go with just brushing or rinsing with faucet water, it isn't as nice. Brushing doesn't get the shaver truly clean. Rinsing with water helps but, with the moisture and all the biological material caught in there, I think bacteria starts to grow - at any rate, a stale odor will develop over time. With the Braun cleaning solution, which must be run through the cleaning machine (not just poured on by hand), the shaver gets nice and clean and also a fresh, manly scent.

First, a tip: The Best Buy-available iTouchless power adapter works great. I couldn't confirm anywhere it was the appropriate supply for this particular can but I took the risk and it is. I won't comment later on in my review about how the can's motor goes through batteries, since I obviously don't know.
Now, just as a can: I would rate this iTouchless can as being good, but not great, for what it costs. Versus the pictures online, I was pleasantly surprised at its height, but mixed-surprised about its narrowness. The slimness means the can looks great and is non-obtrusive in my small kitchen, but the opening is not as large as I expected. Once the lid opens, there's plenty of space to throw your garbage in without aiming too hard, but it isn't wide enough to toss in slimy/sticky/smelly stuff completely carelessly - take a little time to aim, or to make sure those coffee grounds don't scatter. Another example - the dust pan I use when sweeping just barely fits the diameter of the can, as long as I hold it at an angle to make sure the mess doesn't land outside. I wouldn't have minded a slightly chubbier design if it meant a wider opening. (Then again, the wider opening cans were uglier, more expensive, or required batteries with their continuous need for replacement - or a combination of these negatives.) I didn't open the deodorizer pack right away; it does make a pleasant difference, at least with the variety of things that come out of my kitchen.
Now, as a touchless, automatic can (which is what you're paying for, right?): Well, it's a nice luxury to have a touchless, automatic can. Also, the open/close mechanism is really, really fast! And it was a strict requirement to avoid the hassle of rechargeable batteries and environmental/personal costs of non-recharging batteries. But the motor's kind of too noisy, a bit more grating on the ears than I was hoping for. Also, it only opens for a few seconds. If you're tossing and going, no biggie, but if you've got a few things to go back and forth or something sticky isn't falling in, the lid comes down on you. It stops, it doesn't hurt, nothing bad happens. But it's annoying. You can push the "open" button to keep the lid open 4 minutes, which is handy when you're starting cooking or other projects, but not always the thing you thought of doing before you found yourself going back and forth and waving your hand a dozen times. So, between the noise and collective annoyances of the open/close mechanism, I actually find myself discouraged to use this can for every little thing, holding some tiny hair or speck of dust or like thing until I walk it over to the bathroom step-can instead.
Otherwise, it's a nice can. The physical dimensions are good; so far I haven't found the white to be too dirty (light messes cleans off with a wet paper towel pretty well; haven't had a serious mess on it yet), and it's nice not having to spread gross things to or from the trash can when my hands are dirty. (I'd used a large step can for years, which was also clean, but migrated around as my stepping/kicking pushed it back a little every time.) If you really want a touchless can, then I don't think there is a better value. But a touchless can is all about a superior experience in terms of ACCESS, and if you spend another few dollars over this trash can that is already fairly expensive for being, ultimately, a garbage receptacle, some of the other options from iTouchless or SimpleHuman might give that easier experience of quiet, easy, truly hassle-free access. I just want a can that 1) looks sleek, 2) has the volume and broad opening that makes garbage disposal a breeze, and 3) works automatically without the upkeep of battery replacement. This iTouchless comes really close, and at a better price than other sensor cans.

Just enough to meet my requirements

This is the machine I settled on and kept after giving up on the Lenovo Yoga 900s.
There is so much I liked about that one, namely, the fact that 12 inches is the perfect size for an ultra portable laptop, especially the ultra-slim, featherweight chassis of the 900s. The Notebook 9 spin is quite slim, quite light, and very understated - but it doesn't really achieve anything special in any of those respects. I wish it had just a touch more sleekness and/or flare and personality, but it does the job. The screen is large with amazing resolution, and quite eye-popping - colors are vivid, though maybe a little too exciting for extended use. And the battery is awful - I mean, the machine works off battery for a few hours, but I absolutely never leave the charger more than inches from wherever I am, never stop looking at the battery gauge when I'm not plugged in, and in short, have severe battery anxiety. Again, it works, just not as well as other devices in this class or price range. The keyboard has short key travel - it clicks reassuringly, though you feel like your fingers are constantly crunching up against a barrier you should have known to anticipate - but is otherwise comfortably spaced. And I don't understand consumer-oriented machines that don't have at least a pause/play key for media, let alone track forward and track backward keys. Not only this, but the way Samsung has implemented the Fn function to use some keys as shortcuts is completely back-a s swards and just as frustrating as if they had not included those keys at all. (I mean using the Fn button to change volume or brightness - which can be made easier with a Fn Lock key, except then that changes other important keys, like changing the arrow keys permanently into Pg Up, Dn, Home, and End - so all of a sudden the rest of the keyboard experience is screwed up). Connectivity is good, but I'm disappointed there is not Thunderbolt II - and REALLY disappointed there isn't even USB-C. The HDMI port is far less valuable than either of those would have been. Otherwise, the 3 USB 3.0 ports satisfy my needs if not my dreams, and the micro-SD is perfectly adequate for me. Also, the power brick and connector is a little old skool and awkward compared to the niftiness of what Lenovo does with its Yoga family, but I can live with it. The power of the machine is great, although I would say just commensurate with its price, and I wish that for this money there was a little more hard drive storage. I have a feeling this device will prove highly durable in the long-term.
Overall, I don't think the Samsung Notebook 9 spin achieves any one thing truly remarkably that its competitors don't do in one respect a little better (except the screen, which although maybe a little too brilliant is really just GORGEOUS for short-term use or watching truly great video/gazing at incredible images). However, what it does do versus its competitors is EVERYTHING fairly well (except the battery, which is inadequate for road warriors who spend all day being mobile). It is sleek, light, well-spec'd, with a comfortable keyboard and is tastefully, if conservatively, designed. It might not have some of the other strengths, but it simply has the fewest shortcomings, in my opinion, of all the machines in its class.
And for those reasons, it is the ONLY machine to satisfy my crazy OCD needs. Recommended, with the above reservations about battery, keyboard, and boring aesthetic.

Enjoy the exceptional versatility of this Lenovo Yoga 900S laptop. Its durable hinges let you use it as a traditional laptop or a tablet in tent or stand mode, and an Intel Core m7 processor and 8GB of memory give it the power you need. This Lenovo Yoga 900S laptop comes a 256GB hard drive that provides plenty of storage.

Just a couple design issues

I liked the 900s - a lot - so much that I still think about it and sometimes regret having returned it. But now I've spoiled the review.
There is again so much I liked, namely, the fact that 12 inches is the perfect size for an ultra portable laptop, especially the ultra-slim, featherweight chassis of the 900s. I had an 11-incher for a while that I loved - but as a tablet, not a laptop (even though it actually was a laptop). And the 13-inch laptop I did end up with (Samsung Notebook 9 spin) is not much bigger, but does not satisfy my need for total sleekness like the Lenovo. The Yoga 900s is just so thin, so lightweight, and just large enough to be a) considered a real laptop and b) house a screen large enough to be completely productive or fully entertaining as needed. The screen has not only good viewing area, but a realistic and natural color gamut (the Samsung's is a little too vivid, though maybe a little more exciting and pleasing). And the battery was incredible - so good I realized other machines have given me a dead battery anxiety I would now have to cure (and which the Samsung has now rebirthed because of its terrible life). I had the champagne variant, which I was worried about since I ordered online without actually seeing the exact color or texture. However, it was muted and classy enough to be enjoyed and displayed to the world, while having just enough panache and intrigue to be a little more interesting for those who want to show some personality. (I speak as a hetero male who would have ordered the vivid orange from the full-size 900 if they had offered it on the S.) I really can't emphasize enough how successfully Lenovo nailed the champagne color - just perfect. Finally, again related to the color, the champagne keys matched the outer shell perfectly, and did not show grease or dirt at all (grease transfers from my fingers to the Samsung keyboard and touchpad in the worst, shiniest way).
I had just a few reservations which, given the high price of the 900s, I decided not to accept. Peripheral connectivity - I really wanted to get into the USB-C generation (if not Thunderbolt II), but I needed at least one more USB port that was not already being used for power and either a full or micro-SD slot. They keyboard was comfortable to use - it's soft resistance making up for the shallow key travel - but the Ctrl button for the right pinky was excruciating to reach - I felt my pinky cramp up every time I typed so much as a brief email. Finally, and this is a Lenovo thing, not being able to give the mouse touchpad a two-finger touch to perform a right-click. Actually having to click the pad as a mechanical button (with two fingers) was fine for most uses, but many times I need to maintain absolute mouse silence or plain just WANT to do the silent/quick two-finger touch WITHOUT pushing the entire pad. By now I have revealed that I am OCD, I fully admit it. But pretty much every laptop from every other major manufacturer will let you execute a right-click either way; I'm not sure why Lenovo doesn't follow suit. I would also complain, if I hadn't ended up in the exact same situation (actually, the way Samsung does shortcut keys, especially the Fn functions, is even worse than Lenovo!), about the lack of media keys. Play/pause is a critical key for any consumer device, and even enterprise machines have them, if not also the track forward and track backward. Why not Lenovo (or Samsung)? Finally, I found the m7 chip to lag a little and stutter on simple things like scrolling webpages - however, I never had that problem on my 11-incher with m5 chip, so in fact I don't think it was the hardware and believe that some firmware or driver updates would have resolved that soon enough, so I am going to keep this particular complaint in my back pocket.
If any single one of these reservations had not been, I would absolutely have kept the 900s, especially in champagne, and been happier with that machine than the one I did keep. But it's expensive, and I needed it to have just one fewer flaw for my hard-earned money.
If you or your friend decides my above reservations are livable (or your pinky does not cramp trying to hit the right-hand Ctrl), and you think you want to spend so much on such an incredibly attractive and sophisticated little machine, then do it - I will not only be happy for you, I will actually be envious of your gorgeous, modern device.
