Had older model 14 cup Cuisinart food processor and part broke. The part was going to be expensive to replace. BB had newer model on sale and I purchased new processor for little more than the repair part would have cost. Good product and sales associate was excellent. Would recommend product and especially BB for the excellent staff. It was purchased in store and although not in stock it was shipped to my home in two days.
