Ultimate Sin is one of my favorite Ozzy albums. It also has one of my favorite guitar riffs by Jake E. Lee on Lighting Strikes Again. Although Ozzy was out of his mind on alcohol and drugs, this album still outlasts some of his newer stuff.

What's not so great: It's Ozzy - there is nothing

Halestorm's follow-up could have been killer but it has a lot of filler instead. If you're looking for a rockin album, go buy another one. If you like a few of the songs and don't care about the rest of the album, then this is for you. There are a couple good songs on this album, but I expected a heavier album.

What's not so great: Lots of ballads that act as filler

Any follow-up to the Sound of Madness would need to be great and Shinedown delivered. Solid album without any filler. You won't be disappointed.
