I adore this device. I've been discouraged that I would be able to find a device i could afford that did what i needed without me making concessions and settling for something i wasn't completely happy with. Until this went on sale. It's super user friendly and easy to figure out. But there's so much to it, I haven't even had time to explore it all! This is nothing special. It does the job, but I wasn't looking for anything fancy anyway. It does have this weird habit of once in a while the sound will cut out and you hear static so it has to be shut off then turned back on. A pain to be sure, but it happens so seldom it doesn't bother me too much. However, if it gets worse something will be done.

The product works great, and it's so convenient to just tack it on when you buy your appliance, but honestly I should've shopped around for a cheaper one and would had if I'd have paid attention to how outrageous the price was. But they count on that distracted consent to add it when they tell you that you need new accessories in order for them to install. It never occurred to me that their prices around be that significantly higher. Plus they price match, so you really had nothing to lose by spending a bit of time to make sure you have a low/more reasonable price.

Definitely worth Getting the free install if you can. But check up on things. They didn't leave me a lot of the user guides/information on the products, and they ended up putting in the wrong power cord and when I tried to return it I was told it wasn't even one they sold, so chances are they accidentally put on a cord from another install. I got it straightened out but ended up having to search for user guides and setup information online. But the installers were very friendly and quick, and didn't leave a mess after they left.
