I purchased this Sunpak PlatinumPlus tripod to replace an old all-metal tripod that was becoming harder to use due to kinks in the metal. I like the sturdiness yet light weight of the Sunpak over my old model works well with my Nikon D7200. In addition, the low price was excellent. It's a good choice for a non-professional grade tripod.

I have both an iPad and iPhone 6 and the longer power cord is much better if you're using either of the devices if you're a distance away from a power source. The shorter cord still remains useful for powering up one device while using the longer cord on the other.

I refrained from buying an iPad for several years until this model reached a price point I could afford. I was all set to buy a new Kindle Fire HDX 8.9" model yet I feel that the extra expense for the iPad is worth it due to the added flexiblity via more quality apps and excellent screen quality.
I would like to see Apple lower its price point yet it will be interesting to see what happens to more Android-based tablets meet or exceed Apple tablet products.

What's great about it: I can do more with my IPad via the apps available than I could with my Kindle Fire HD.
What's not so great: Apple should take care to weed through its availble app selection since many of the apps are of poor quality.x
