Best Buy Great! GoPro Bad!

First of all, THANK YOU Best Buy! You took my product back on the last day possible (I am an Elite customer, so 30 days) no questions asked (well, you asked, but you did not debate it). Great customer service!
GoPro on the other hand... Terrible. Which is why I returned the product. I had a question related to their Karma Drone (which I had waited patiently to purchase). Their call center could not answer my question, so I asked to talk to someone who could. They promised me a call back in a hour. When I had not heard from them the next day I called back. They said my case was still waiting for a response. That was 14 days ago, and still nothing. Since then I have also emailed, filled out a feedback form online, and posted on their Facebook page. Nada.
Totally unrelated, the camera started overheating and dropping it's network connectivity. I decided it was simply not worth trying to get support from GoPro, so I returned it.
The next question in the feedback form is "Would you recommend this to a friend?" I would not recommend anything GoPro to even an enemy. Yeah, their products really are cool... but they treat their customers like dirt!
Again, thank you Best Buy for your great service.

The Best Got Better

I loved my Magic Mouse (v1), but dealing with the batteries was always a pain. Now, I just plug it in every once and a while, overnight, and it is good to go! No need to carry extra batteries or a charger when I travel, just a lightning cable (which I carry anyhow, for my phone).
