Bad Quality Ink Cartridge

3-4 days after I put the new HP #564XL Black ink cartridge in my HP 7510 printer, it quit working and I couldn't print. Fortunately my order from HP direct came in, put another new 564XL Black in and my printer was back in operation. I lost my receipt and didn't feel like going through the hassle of trying to return it without a receipt.
