Good mini soundbar with a major issue which is lack of HDMI input. You have to use optical cable to connect to TV. You will need some universal remote to control both TV and soundbar. You can also connect to TV using Bluetooth and be able to control volume but you’ll lose all other Bluetooth functions as you can only connect one at the time and not all TV’s support Bluetooth. Adding HDMI with ARC and google cast would be great. That would be 5 star product.

Sony XBR 850e is a good midrange tv, however I decided to upgrade to 900e for additional $300. 900 is in my opinion the best tv you can buy for up to $2k. For $1200 XBR 850 is still a good buy.

I really wanted to like this projector, it has a lot of features but black level is not even close to DLP projectors. I had 4 projectors in the past and ended returning this one and got benq ht2050 instead. Benq has much better picture in 2d and the fan is quiet. I didn't really see the difference in 3d. If you want 3lcd projector I would recommend getting something better.

I had two of those, the first one was loosing the connection with the remote. Very annoying, you have to disconnect it from the power than connect again hoping the remote will work. It's a good projector, with nice picture quality (blacks are comperable with dlp's), but too big for my ceiling mount. Also, remote control look like it was designed in the 80's. Better picture than the 2040 or 2045, which are very washed but it lacks many functions that the newer projectors has.

movie night projector
I am trying to have a indoor movie night for my birthday and I can not afford a projector screen and the projector so is there a projector I can buy that will display well on a pink or a dark red burgundy wall?
Benq ht2050 has a setting where you can adjust the picture based on your wall color. There is a setting for pink wall.
