I'm not sure if anyone will be reading this as I'm pretty sure the game is sold out and out of production, but I'll share my thoughts anyways.
First, this game totally deserves the $100 price tag it initially charged. No one piece of technology in Dropmix is proprietary or revolutionary. NFC and Bluetooth have been around, as has the sound engineering of changing pitch, key, and tempo. But Harmonix and Hasbro have done something special to make these elements work together. Hearing a pop song change from major to minor to mix with the other cards on the board is pretty cool. Even before Rock Band, Harmonix was doing this with Frequency. So, the engineering involved in making this game work is totally worth the $100 price of admission.
However, from a consumer's point of view, it is not worth $100. The mixes don't always work well together, which I think goes to show that the sound engineering behind even the "simplest" of pop songs is challenging. Strip away the music elements, and the game itself is not that deep or challenging.
At the end of the day, I am absolutely happy with the purchase, which was deeply discounted. It will make for a great party game, and people will be blown away when they see and hear it for the first time, but it is not something that I will sink hours and hours into.

In order for cards to be used in versus play, you need a complete deck of 15 from the same theme. Each of these packs contains cards from different themes, thus not enough to be used in a competitive game. Also, don't order more than one at once, as they will likely ship you the exact same pack.

If you're looking for a nice way to get all three films of the original trilogy, this is a good way to do it. These are the 2011 editions of the films, which is the same edition as "The Complete Saga." (Oddly, it is cheaper to buy the two trilogies separately than it is to buy The Complete Saga, which is why I went this route.) Those of you wanting the original cut will not get it here. It also does not have any digital copies.

Steven Spielberg, Tom Hanks, and company do another great job with this World War II series. It doesn't quite reach the greatness of its predecessors Saving Private Ryan or Band of Brothers, but if you enjoyed either of those, I think you will enjoy this one as well.

I really enjoy all of Christopher Nolan's films. I think he does a great job making thought-provoking films, and this is no exception. It can be a bit slow at times, but it does have a moving father-daughter story to it.

I'm a fan of disaster movies. If that's not your thing, this movie isn't going to be anything special, but I enjoyed it for it's entertainment value. On top of the action, there's a nice story of family redemption.
