Great if you're familiar with laptop keyboards

it has the same chiclet style keys as most laptops so if you're used to typing on those this may be easy for you to get used to. The design is very attractive being very thin without too much flex. One downside is the there is no LED on the keyboard itself to indicate whether caps or num lock is on or off.

This case is very slim and does and slightly raised edges on the front and back. However I do not think this will be enough to do any good if dropped. Also this case looks good in the online pics but looks a bit cheaper in person and doesn't do much to make the phone look better. Lastly the case is slippery on the edges despite the leather accents so it may be easier to drop

i prefer desktop mouse too. can i still use my wireless mouse with this?
Yes, as you have another empty use port for another unifying receiver or if you have a Bluetooth mouse and it works fine together as well

Does it work well with a Mac, what about volume buttons?
Yes it will work with a Mac you just have to go through the setup up prompts on that pop up. The volume shortcut keys work on my MacBook as well as some of the other shortcut keys such as play/pause, skip, and rewind
