I think the only downfall about this AC is that it literally has to be right in front of a window. The hose doesn’t extend or bend too much so you’re pretty limited as to where it could go. My bed is right in front of my window. So I have the unit off to the side, but it was a bit of a hastle messing with & bending the hose so that it was installed properly (because the hose has to be set up a certain way) but other than that, it works great! I love the feature it has where it won’t turn on if it needs to be drained. You don’t have to worry as to when it needs to be done, because the AC will just tell you when. My bedroom is also on the bigger side & this unit cools it down quick. Not too loud either!

read the cord is only 6 ft. long. Someone mentioned instructions say no extention cords, is that really a no, no??
Yes that’s really a no no. Plugging it into an extension cord rather than an actual wall outlet will cause the AC to shut off or not run properly, which can then cause damage to its inside. I actually plugged it into an extension cord before I knew not to, & it shut off all the power in the room. Definitely needs to be plugged into an outlet! Hope that helps.

Is it loud?
Of course it’ll make some noise. But in my opinion, it’s not overly loud. I sleep just fine with it running. It’s as loud as a normal AC I’d say. Hope that helps.
