I purchased this product when it was on sale. Also, Best Buy honored a price that was lower from another store, so I started off great!
One of my first vacuum cleaners many - many years ago was a Kirby, which was (still is) a great product. When the Dyson DC 07 came out, I purchased it and thought the performance nearly matched the Kirby in regards to carpet cleaning. In other aspects, the much lighter weight and bag-less concept was something I really liked.
In my opinion the DC 65 is just as good as my Kirby in terms of carpet care, but is far superior in light-weight maneuverability. Also, a big plus for me is the automatic carpet-to-hard-floor function - it is effortless! It has excellent edge suction as well. The multi-angle brush works great for ceiling fans, tops of door trims or anything high. The soft brush is excellent for cleaning wooden slat window blinds, pictures and any surface that normally would require dusting. Putting on the attachments is so easy - just lift the wand out and attach! The hose actually does stretch all the way up a flight of stairs to clean stair carpeting with the stiff brush which gets into the crevices quite well. I gave my DC 07 to a family member - it still works great after almost 10 years, so I am confident the quality of the DC 65 will be great also. For me, this product works as advertised. Is it the best? I have no idea - that is often subjective. I am sure there are other great vacuum cleaners out there. For me though, it is an outstanding product and even though my Kirby was (is) outstanding, the Dyson is well constructed using contemporary composite (very tough) light weight materials which I consider an advanced design - actually superior. I hope this helps.

The Gear is an attractive device. I get many compliments on it. Two people at work have purchased one as a result of experiencing mine. The sync with my Galaxy Note II (had to do a software upgrade) is rock-solid. It very much a nice asset to quickly peek at incoming calls or texts when on the phone or even talking to someone. Quickly peeking at the watch is more polite than getting out the phone when talking with someone! The performance is outstanding. As mentioned, the battery lasts me three days which is certainly OK, but would prefer a weeks worth. I have the Gear on for an average of 12 hours a day. It is a bit expensive, but it is the first one (Samsung). The models that follow will probably be less expensive and employ more technology. The Gear meets moderate dust and water resistance, so I don't worry about rain, but would not recommend wearing in the pool of course! I highly recommend the product.

What's not so great: I get three days on a battery charge - wish it were a week.

Outstanding For Kids Indoor Sports

A very affordable, outstanding performer. Contrast and Sharpness is very good. This is a near perfect compliment to the Canon SL1 in terms of size/weight/performance. After a day of lugging around a 5d2 with the 70-200 is ii, this lens with the SL1 is such a joy!! For kids' indoor sports (as an example), the f/2.8 with an APS-C is a great combo. Highly recommended!
