Listen to soothing nature sounds when you wake up to this Sony ICFC1PJ clock radio that features dual alarms for multiple wake times. The swivel projector allows you to display the time on a wall or ceiling for easy viewing during the night.

Nice little alarm, albeit costly.

A stylish little cube of a clock, that's functioned fine so far. I bought this one instead of the less expensive version to get the nature sounds; that requires also getting the projection feature, that I have no need or desire for. The result is rather expensive for an alarm clock.
This is the first alarm I've bought in 15 years or so, and technology has improved the breed in a few ways: it self-sets the time, uses an internal, apparently chargeable battery, and has volume control of the alarms. The display is large and comprehensive. Build quality is decent. I do doubt durability (I beat on clocks), but it hasn't been an issue so far. Controls are obtuse and I needed the directions to set the alarms (poor design as instructions for such things are usually discarded or lost.) Sound quality is poor due to the tiny, cheap speaker (which I expected.)

Connect to the Web with this Samsung BD-H6500/ZA Blu-ray player. To build a complete 3D home theater system, we recommend you purchase a 3D TV, 3D glasses designed for the TV, high-speed HDMI cable and an A/V receiver that is compatible with 3D products.

Doesn't function with many movies.

This device simply doesn't operate at all on certain movies. The usual "pre-start" sequence plays, but then the controls to actually play the movie have no effect.
Further, and a frustratingly common problem in today's consumer electronics, the buttons on the device itself are invisible and unlabeled. There is not a full control set on the device, which renders it unusable when the remote fails. All devices should have full controls, and all controls should be labeled and visible in the typical usage environment (a dark room for a device such as this.)
It has an attractive gloss metallic finish, but the failure to operate many movies means I may return it. I'd give it three stars if it worked all movies, due to the lack of controls and poor ergonomic function of those it does have. Of the devices on display at Best Buy, only two had the optical output I needed, and this seemed the better of the pair, pre-purchase.

Good sound quality and seems well-made.

I purchased this to replace Sony's similar five-disc player, which had failed after about five years of light use. I've had favorable impressions of previous Onkyo sound systems, including the 1,100 Watt 7.1 theatre system and a desktop audio set.
The device is physically deep to accommodate the rotary table that holds the discs, and this could be an issue if space were limited - I'm fine with that, and it fits and looks good with my Onkyo theatre system.
The only negative, for me, is the remote has very small buttons which are hard to see in dim light (though this complaint is common to all remotes anymore.) I'd like to see a better, more robust remote with a device in this price class (which is why I removed one star.) It does have a full button arrangement on the device (I try to avoid buying devices that are dependent on the remote for anything, as this renders the device inoperative if [when] the remote fails.)
These type of changers are probably old-school technology at this point, but for me it's a good solution for achieving several uninterrupted hours of music, and I'm happy with the sound quality.
