I have used WD drives for back ups and extra storage for many years. This one has been working well for the couple of weeks that I have had it so far. I had to return the 1st one because the cable would not plug into the back. But the 252nd works fine.

My in ear Bose finally broke after 6 years. I started looking for a replacement. I didn't want to spend over a $100, and these definitely fell in that range. I like the fit on my head. The sound is really good, I like the extra bass feature. The sound isn't the best I have heard from headphones. But for listening while working they are great.

viewing angle

it was mentioned that the screen has a very narrow viewing angle, this means to me that one must be essentially in a straight line to the screen - tip it forward or backwards and and the view dissipates to nothing. can someone verify this for me?

Are the function keys reversed?

Do you need to press the function key to change screen brightness, volume, etc?

No this laptop has separate button right above the normal keyboard for brightness of the screen and a volume toggle on the left side like a tablet
