Good HD tv antenna

A bit pricey but looks good and works reasonably well. Easy to set up and connect. Claims to be capable of 4K over-the-air reception in the future. Also claims to work over longer distances from broadcast towers than some lower cost options. I'm about 35 miles from the towers and my set receives all but two tower transmissions with the antenna resting on the window sill by the tv. I use this antenna as a backup to DIRECTV but if you want to be free of cable a higher cost in-attic antenna may be best.

This speaker is an upgrade to a good Infinity center channel I'd used for years. It's a good match for my CM6 B&W front speakers. This center speaker is excellent- I rarely have to jump backwards on the DVR to clarify what was said in program dialogue now.

Good heavy gauge wire

This wire is heavy gauge which makes it appropriate for high end speaker connections. The insulation is tough making it hard to strip but also meaning it protects the circuit from potential damage. Stranded copper wire twists well for insertion in twist down bInder posts on speakers.

This is a well made film that dwells more on Schindler's story than detailed Halocaust activities, and it is a fascinating and ultimately emotional experience. I played this bluray on an Appo disc player directly fed with a hi speed HDMI to the input of a Samsung UHD TV for a phenomenally crisp video quality. If you have similar video equipment this is a great disc to watch even though the film is mostly in b/w.

Placed beside front bookshelf speakers?
Can these speakers work effectively if placed next to the front speakers on two cabinents. The current front speakers are placed about 8 feet apart. I realize an atmos receiver must be used.

How can I get the best reception for my area with the best antennas available?
Cost is not an issue but we want to get away from cable/satellite but its pretty overwhelming searching online for the options. Can anyone help me know what to buy?
I would consider installing an HD antenna in the attic or on the roof unless you live very close to the local broadcasting towers. Best Buy had a diagram showing the local tower loations which was helpful in deciding which antennas would work relative to my home location and the antennas had ranges listed on their packaging. A sales rep at the store was also helpful.

Solid copper or copper clad aluminum
It's not solid copper wire it is stranded copper wire with very good insulators.

how do u know which is black and which is negative
One wire side has a marking along the length of insulation. Use this wire for all positive connections to avoid out of phase wiring.
