Very very very bad product.

I got this tv on memorial day sale from best buy. I got this delivered on june 7 2017. i got this online. Now hear my pathetic story of lg service. the tv stopped working on july 15. picture went blank with only sound coming in. i callled their service on july 14. they said they will get it repaired soon. now they say august end as repair resolution. they changed the service centre in the mean while. and they never updated me what is in store. they also fudged my service records to show that i lodged the complaint only on august 1 whereas i have their email for service on july 15. they have horrible customer service. i went to best buy to return and they said that they cannot take it back after hearing my service story. they said i should have taken geek squad package. i told them the product is only one month old and geek squad protection is after warranty service. the manager reacted saying that u should have taken and they have provided service. it is better to buy in walmart going forward. they have a 90 day return. i regret buying in best buy and i will never buy a lg product anymore. lg told me how they can help if they do not have parts? my simple question is the tv is not even a month old and a new model and they do not stock up basic parts. this is unacceptable for a brand like lg.
