I often find myself without the energy to get out of bed in the morning when it is dark or gloomy. This has been a game changer. I love the light it emits before the alarm goes off. I took it an extra step and get my coffee and sit back in front of it for 15-20 min while I check my emails. I don't stare into it but have the room lights and it on with it in my field of vision. I feel like I am much less tired during the day when this is part of my routine. Just bought another for my parents. Curious to see if they love it as much as I do.
