Everything's connected but can't hear sound through headset???
Recently bought these headphones and hooked them up with my Insignia T.V, read the manual that came with them and all the details about what to do. So I did them and got a solid blue light on the docking station as well as the headphones and still can't hear through them. I've tried turning them up and all I hear is a beep that lets me know it's turned up. I am truly stumped and please let me know what I am doing wrong!
I plugged them into the wrong input on my samsung TV the first time around and was having the same issue. Double check that!
