So it took 2 installation specialists to get this right. They were both very nice and quick to resolve the issues however, I felt that it should have been installed correctly on the first visit. I'd highly recommend the install if you get it for free.

I just replaced a working 17 year old Kitchenaid b/c the color scheme no longer worked with the new stainless steel. The machine is not only good looking but it's quiet...Only con I see is that it take about 3 hours for a load of dishes to complete versus my older model but there is an express option which brings it back to normal...about 45 minutes to 1 hour. I highly recommend this to everyone I know that's in the market...doesn't matter which you get but the lower the decibels the quieter she runs!
