It's okay, but with issues

I bought this for a gym area mostly to watch sports via the Roku apps. Picture/sound quality is great for area.
Downside is that the apps will more often than not load slowly, freeze, or error back to the home screen. I'm not sure if it's Roku or the TV not being able to handle the apps, but it's a definite pain since it usually requires a reset of the TV to get everything in order.

I moved into a house where the basement had been flooded a few times and wanted something to clear out the smell/any mold. Prior to buying this you couldn't stay down there for any length of time without sneezing/coughing and the smell was horrendous. Once down there it took a couple of days to move from Red to Blue but it was able to handle the 900 sqft easily I think. The basement is now a gym and I can run/cycle without any issues breathing wise
