Great for basic needs

My daughter saved up her birthday money and wanted a laptop of her own. The only thing she wanted one for was for youtube, netflix, etc. For that, this computer is perfect.
My wife tried to put on some basic photo editing software, and it lagged like crazy.
So basically, use it for web browsing. Don't buy for anything else, the processor can't handle it.

Superb open world gaming with a story

I bought this game on sale with my GCU and didn't have to pay very much, so I didn't have the biggest expectations to be honest. But I'm pleasantly surprised by how much I enjoy this game.
Story wise, the best I can describe is you are working with a group of people in a fictional country, with kind of a rain forest setting, and are trying to liberate them from a terrorist/communist group. Free outposts, free hostages, liberate propaganda radio towers, etc.
The navigation system has a very GTA feel, with the minimap and waypoints. This isn't a bad thing, and works very well. You always know where you want to go next.
But the game is far from linear. Want to go hunt wild animals for skins to use for crafting? Do it, if you don't feel like doing the standard missions. Or go free a bell tower, or find a side mission, or find a random karma event while wandering around.
There is always something to do.
Basically, I recommend this game for everyone. I can't believe I waited this long, the game truly is amazing.

This is a great collection that spans two consoles and what seems like a lifetime of gaming. All the major Halo installments on one disc is quite an achievement. The campaigns are done excellently, and I can't say much about online because I'm waiting to finish the story modes before I go online.
