I LOVE this vacuum. It is awesome. It is lightweight, so it is easy to carry upstairs and down, it picks up EVERYTHING off the floor (carpet and bare), it has an extra long cord, it is made for pet owners (2 cats that shed often), it is a BAGGED cleaner (for those who have allergies) and it was INEXPENSIVE! I did not want to pay $300 or more for a vacuum but I still wanted a quality machine. This is it! I am so pleased with this vacuum. I cannot praise it enough. I like this workout because it is under 50 minutes but gets the job done. It's a total body workout with modifications for the beginner and advanced. It has a nice mix of cardio and strength training and its challenging but not too difficult that you won't want to do it again. There's even a bonus ab section, which I haven't tried that yet, although I was so pleased with the whole workout that I expect that portion is just as good as the rest. This is a great workout if you're looking to tone and sweat.

This Workout is HARD but EFFECTIVE!

This workout is a beast. It is the hardest workout I have ever done. Even the people working out in the video can't always get through it. But don't let that put you off because it is works. I felt the burn for about 5 days after doing it and continuing with my other workout dvds. I also saw results too.
Pro tip: Don't do the entire video at one time. Break it up into as many sections as you can do and then return to finish the rest the next day or day after.
