This is a nice unit - works effectively but the force of the steam doesn't penetrate the clothes as well as some of the more expensive models. But heck they only last a couple years before calcium build takes them out. I'd rather spend 1/2 the $ for a unit that takes a little more time to do the same job.

I read many of the reviews - and ignored the warnings - shame on me!
This thing is a piece of junk. Just spent over 2 hours loading the ap, reading and researching the online manual and can't even get it out of FRENCH! (And there is no help ANYWHERE) to make that happen. It won't pair to a phone nor the computer - FORGET IT! Sure it may be a "lemon" but there is ZERO support!
And as for below question - i wouldn't even recommend this to an enemy..OK ~ there is ONE guy...
