Very good, reliable power pack, at a reasonable price. Installation was simple, charging works well (over the phone charger) and does not take long, and it does kick in and starts charging the phone when the phone battery goes below 80%. With this charger (which I never detach from the phone) I can easily go for 2 days with a moderate phone use before recharging is needed. The only (minor) nuisance is that the power pack gets a bit warm (not hot!) when it is charging the phone battery AND the phone is in use (phone call, web browsing, etc.)

Very happy with the purchase. There were a few issues with the purchasing this phone as an upgrade/replacement of my existing Verizon phone, but I have to give a lot of credit to Best Buy Mobile Support - they walked me through the process, contacted Verizon, and got the issues resolved within several hours.
The phone itself is great - high quality, excellent technical parameters, very little of "bloatware" (a few Verizon apps and a couple of Motorola apps), very light and pleasant to hold.
The 4G LTE reception is so-so (1-3 bars), but the Wi-Fi calling (with HD voice and video enabled) is excellent. All apps that I was able to test are working well; 64G of memory seems to be sufficient so far (and I will be purchasing a Micro SD card just in case anyway, for music and pictures), the screen is very responsive, the power consumption is reasonable (1 day with moderate use to drain the battery, so I've ordered a power pack). Overall, a great phone to have.

Solid computer for home / home office use

We purchased HP - ENVY Desktop to replace our 7-years old Dell desktop. There were no problems ordering, receiving, unpacking and setting up the new HP desktop. The initial setup took a fair amount of time - several hours - due to Windows 10 massive upgrade, which went smoothly. The only minor concern is that Systems Properties after the upgrade still show Windows 10 version 16xx, instead of 17xx. This is not a significant concern, because all the advertised Upgrade features are installed and functioning.
The new desktop is really fast - SSD drive is a real blessing. Everything else is also good - graphics are fast, network (both wired and wireless) are more than sufficient (and we just installed the latest/greatest cable modem and wireless router), CPU is excellent, memory is fast (I ran a few tests) and 12G of it is far more that we would need. the desktop has plenty of USB 3 and USB 2 ports, but (unfortunately) only one USB Type-C port. We will have to purchase a replicator.
I am fairly pleased with the HP documentation that can be viewed online and is also installed on the desktop; would like to have a better and more detailed "Quick Start" printed manual to be packaged with he box.
Overall, this is a fairly strong machine for home use. I don't think it is suitable for extreme gaming, but for everything else (internet, online shopping, word processing, e-mail and social networks, etc.) this should be more than enough of computing power combined with plentiful disk storage.
I recommend this to anyone who is looking for a good home/home office desktop.

A very good external drive; very fast with USB Type-C interface. I had no problems purchasing, receiving, unpacking, configuring and using the drive. The only minor issue I had (this is why 4 stars) that the drive came formatted for Mac; I needed it for Windows. Manufacturer's web site provided detailed instructions on how to clean/initialize/format the drive, and this helped to prepare it for my environment. I left the drive formatted as NTFS (I don't plan to use it with Mac computers), and it works just fine. Another (minor) issue is that the cables provided as part of the packaging could be a few inches longer - many desktop computers have USB ports located in the back, and the cables are barely long enough to reach them.
Overall, I'm happy with the drive, and hope it lasts long time. I recommend it to anyone who is looking for moderately priced, high capacity fast external storage.

Is the operating system installed on the SSD? If the hard drive fails will the machine still be able to boot up and operate?
Windows 10 is installed on SSD. It is recommended to prepare a recovery media (a set of DVDs), so if the hard drive fails, you would be able to boot from the DVD and either run diagnostics, or restore/recover the operating system and system files. HP has a utility to create the recovery media (included with the desktop); and Windows 10 has a couple of methods of its own to do the same (to create a bootable DVD or memory stick).
