This is a great monitoring camera and works very well. This would make a great baby of child room monitor. Easy to connect to wifi in seconds. The image is clear but could be better capturing 720p video. Ismart alarm has a newer version of this camera coming spring 2017 that blows this one away. Is is full 1080p and have a motion tracking feature as well as the same features of this camera.

Works great but won't replace current alarm system

We bought this alarm hoping to replace our current alarm service. It worked great and it has some very customizable features. Problem is that you have to do the monitoring and make the call to police if necessary. It would be great for someone who has no current alarm system and will not miss what a monitoring service brings.

The only problem and was a deal breaker for me was that the top of the case was slightly lower and open and did not protect the top of the phone at all. Also there was no lip on the front of the case around the display so it you laid the phone down on its screen side, the glass would touch the surface. Some people may prefer this flush look and feel but I prefer a little lip so glass is protected slightly better.
