What does it mean by no contract? Would I have to buy minutes or monthly payment.
You can change to other companies at any time or stop using it all together -- Yes you have to buy minutes or a monthly plan but you aren't locked in it if you done 't want to keep it. Minutes usually go on to the next month or 3 month period which ever you purchase. Right now on mine I have 200 minutes left with an acquired 492 days of saved up days from other months- used a ;lot of minutes but not many days

Where can I purchase a replacement battery for my phone?
Any place that sells batteries- like Interstate battery company also you can go to the online company that sells your phone product. Only problem is that it's cheaper to just buy a new phone. the coast of a battery for my phone is 3X higher that buying a new phone

What if I purchase a phone and a prepaid plan and I don't get coverage in my home?
Discovered this when we had sprint service--- Basically your stuck with a phone you can't use.
