playing audio from phone via bluetooth causes the unit to not connect back to the TV. I have to unplug the optical audio and reconnect. Used remote and buttons to switch input but no luck. Any suggestions?
The sound bar has to be switched from Bluetooth to whatever else you are connected to (TV, radio, etc..) manually as it doesn't know that you aren't using the Bluetooth anymore. By pushing the "F" button, you should be able to toggle through the different inputs as needed. If not, there may be an issue with the remote or the unit itself. You shouldn't have to unplug any cables to be able to switch the input.

Need Help Mounting Curved Samsung!!!
Bought this mount for Samsung UN65JU6700FXZA. The tv came with spacers it looks like as did the mount. Which spacers do I use? Also with both spacers the bolts that came with the kit are too short. I've tried them all. The longest is 35mm. I bought 40mm and 50mm. The 40mm is too short and the 50mm is too long. What have others done? Very frustrating.
Are the spacers necessary in the first place? I know that there are different options for different applications so make sure that you are reading the instructions properly because usually there are the correct number of parts and sometimes some left over depending on the situation.

Mounting my 46 inches TV
I found out that my walls have metal studs. It doesn't mention anything on the instruction about mounting to a wall with metal studs. Is it safe for my 46 inches TV?
While metal studs are strong due to their design, they lack the density that wood studs have and therefore do not provide a good anchor point within the wall for any kind of significant weight. Usually, there are wood blocks placed between the metal studs during construction for things like hand rails, towel racks, etc.. It is unlikely that blocks were put in place for the purpose of a wall mount for a monitor. It would probably be best to locate the stud centers, drill holes, and use butterfly nuts and bolts. These are spring loaded nuts that go inside the wall and open up, then when they are tightened, they squeeze the mount to the drywall and metal stud. The metal studs rely on proper screw locations and drywall to give it it's strength. Of course you can always remove the drywall and add wood for a mounting point. I hope this helps.

Fibre optic cable plugin hidden
I bought a Sony 60" and the rocketfish tilting wall mount. After I got it all set up I realized that the mount on the back of the TV partially hides the optic plug in. Now what do I do ?
Your options would be to either get a different mount, modify the existing mount, or get a low profile optic cable that will allow you to plug in possibly between the mount and the monitor. It would be a 90 degree optic cable if there is such a thing available.

Cracked screen
My laptop screen is black at the bottom left hand side, isn't this covered under the one year warranty when the laptop was purchased? I bought it 9 months ago
If it is a manufacturer defect, it should be covered by the one year warranty. If it has been damaged and that is what is causing the screen issue, you would have had to have some type of insurance that would cover damages. Not a lot of detail as to extent of screen issue to determine which is the case here.
