I personally do not like how the store Geek Squad deals differently than the online geek squad. My issues is that best but doesn't repair or fix the ac units they pay a third party to do it and I had issues with that outside company. They are the only ones who could service it and they did a poor job to do so.,

I purchase several AC Units in the past. The unit there is nothing special or different in the look or features from the rest of the Frigidaire. The only feature it says it has it takes the water that settles in it and reuses it. The only thing unlike the smaller versions this 15,000 BTU you MUST unscrew it completely to install the flaps. This was very frustration unlike the smaller versions which you just slide them on.
