I upgraded to the new model. From the d7100 to the d7500. Photos look amazing. Definitely a better piece of equipment. Only thing I miss is the double memory card slot. Touch screen makes life a lot easier.
And the video quality is insane, especially compared to what the 7100 could do. Started dabbling into video now that I get such quality.
Only con is that Adobe hasn't updated it's software. Not able to open the pics through adobe yet.
Video opens in any software like media player. And Adobe Premiere does read the video files

Got this to go with my Nikon d7500. Already used it to shoot live bands in low light conditions and it worked perfectly. Also it was so easy to match the kelvin temperature with my camera. White balance was perfectly balanced and crisp.
Battery didn't seem to last as long as I would have thought. But it can be used when plugged.
