Would never connect

I got a wired one first to test it out. Set up seemed simple, but It took forever to upgrade the firmware, but it finally did and worked. I had a router that is like 20 years old so I figured that was the reason it look so long. The UI was good, the image was good; so I went and got two more of the battery powered ones. They would never connect. Next day the first camera would not wake up, reconnect, or go live. I figured it was my ancient router. Went and got a new dual band router, my throughput was great, from 13 to now over 50Mbps, even on the porch!
I could never get any of the cameras to connect. It would start the connection process, then give me a message my connection was slow and time out. Numerous resets and attempts. Tried separating the 2 and 5 ghz bands to connect just to one or other as a Knowledge base article suggested, nothing.
Contacted their support via email (the only option) 24 hours later did not get a real response, so returned everything to BestBuy.
Would NOT recommend.
