I've been a loyal customer for over 15 years. Recently B B has started trying to charge for many things, like installing the Zagg shields. I think that is wrong. I live the product, but if I had to do it I'd probably get it crooked or crack it. The last time I bought this I had to go to the manager to get it approved for no charge. The product itself is a life saver. Get one every time I get a new device.

Great i7, 2 in 1 laptop

I bought this laptop to replace my 5 yr old laptop that the hard drive went out on. I also wanted to upgrade to more current technology. So far I'm very happy. The 7th generation i7 processor is much faster than my Sony Vaio was. The 2 in 1 technology, screen quality, and touchscreen capability is really nice. So far this laptop is living up to my expectations. I'm very happy I got it. The only feature I didn't get is a solid state drive. But this 1 TB drive has plenty of storage. I'll make sure I do regular back ups to a an external drive from now on.
