I went to this unit in preparation for purchasing a new 4K TV. I have been reviewing 4K TVs and purchased this unit to work with my current SONY TV as well as intending to purchase a new LG OLED 4K unit. IT works very well with my older SONY.

Most people would buy this computer as a gaming computer, but I purchased it for my wife who has vision problems. It has a very large, crisp screen, the keyboard has a black background with backlight keys in different colors with a separate numeric keyboard. It has a 125gb solid state drive where she keeps all of her programs for very quick loading and a 1tb drive for files, photos, etc. Because it is a gaming computer, she can very easily adjust the light intensity/contrast of the screen. I had to read the manual to find out how to turn on the camera when she wanted to Skype because the computer comes up with the camera in the off position. Since this is easy to turn on with a function key (once you know how), I left it that way.
I had the Geek Squad set it up for us with both of her e-mail addresses easily accessible and large fonts on everything. They did a few things wrong, but graciously re-did them all. The only problem was we had to spend an extra hour and a half shopping while they finished resetting it.

It appears Logitech makes a presenter with a 50' range and a 100' range. I purchased the one with the 100' range. I'm able to walk anywhere in a large room and have never had any reception issues. Set-up is a matter of plugging the USB remote into my computer and carrying the presenter with me. I love the capability to turn the screen black after setting the presentation up so that when people walk into the room there isn't anything on the screen. I can also turn the screen black at any time during my talk so people listen to what I'm saying instead of looking at what is on the screen. The laser pointer is very easy to use and doesn't require another device for pointing something out (just remember not to shine that laser into someone's eyes). Forward and reverse buttons make it easy to operate. I have not used the special timer application, but this presenter has definitely made my presentations easy as I'm no longer tied to my computer when presenting.
