Easy to use but...

This specific phone came with problems already. Looking for a replacement. The sim card reader doesn't work properly and I cannot hear calls nor can the other person hear me. The problem is a refurbished phone but I do love the S4.

I want to buy galaxy s4 unlocked. Will that work with at&t. The phone you are offering now is it a new one or refurbished.

This phone will work woth AT&T and all of these older phones are refurbished. Haven't come across a brand new S4 yet.
