It works fine but I had a long battle to get it to talk to the computer. I'm not sure if it finally worked by wireless or wire, I tried both several times. I found myself wishing for dip switches. The recent Windows upgrade may have hampered me?

I was confused by the online product options, so I stopped by the store and asked the guy who installs them. My girlfriend is happy. You have to train yourself to turn the key to the run instead of the start position when you get in, likely true for any system where the car isn't push button start.

Not compatible with office 13!

After install I initially printed quickbooks documents. All was well. A few days later I couldn't even open word or excel. The error box said something about "Microsoft office had a problem. We will let you know if a solution becomes available." Of course I blamed Microsoft.. After I failed to solve the problem I hired a local IT company specializing in business and school networks. They remoted in and spent over 2 hours trying to uninstall, reinstall office even in safe mode. Finally he tracked down the freeware with from Epson. I contacted Epson about the costs (his bill, plus my time wasted turning the computer off and on while he tried in and out of safe mode trying to open office). Epson has not even bothered to apologize.
Now that I eliminated the EPSON freeware it works fine. If you buy it DON"T INSTALL ANYTHING BUT THE DRIVER. It worked with older computers on my network, but not the newest workstation.

What's great about it: It does work now that I hired a profesisonal to install.
What's not so great: Free software bundled with it interferes with most common office software in the world.

Great update for an old truck

I have replaced the radio in my old truck every few years, as technology leaves me behind (CD, then USB, now Bluetooth). Prior after market radios are designed so the manufacturer can list a lot of options on the box, not so you can use it while driving. It took about 20 miles on the highway to choose an Ipod song with my old radio. This is much better, and the buttons are big enough to hit even if the ride is a bit rough. The menu options are limited though, you still have to use the phone controls as well to search artists, etc.
The Bluetooth works great for Waz and for talking.
The Geeksquad install was OK. For the time I spent bored I should have just done it myself.
