We hired the Geek Squad to install our new receiver and set up our surround sound. He updated the firmware also while he was at our home. He was fantastic, careful, and explained everything. The only thing to be careful of is that the salesman told me I was basically paying for 1 1/2 hours, and the Geek Squad tech said he was actually only scheduled for 45 minutes. After we got that clarified, he took all the time necessary to complete the job to our satisfaction.
